I can’t tell you how grateful I am for your posts on homemake pizza dough and pizza sauce! I had always been disappointed with other homemade pizza doughs as being bland and lacking the chewy texture. I use half white whole wheat flour and half bread flour with great results. We now make homemade pizza at least every few weeks and prefer homemade to take-out any day. Thank you! :)

    In high school I loved pepperoni and pineapple. Now that I have aged somewhat, I love fresh basil and cilantro (under the cheese so they don’t brown), thinly sliced red onions and fennel bulb, red peppers, and torch-blackened mushrooms. Your shaved asparagus pizza is wonderful, and I can’t wait to try the strawberry/bacon recipe too. Pizza is so great.
