happy holidays 2012 – a-thread bon appetit reuseable totes

Today’s giveaway is for a fun food-inspired series of reuseable tote bags.  a-thread, a company I already love, has partnered with They Draw and Cook to produce these customized Bon Appétit totes.  5% of each tote goes to World Food Program USA to provide 5 meals for those in need!  These totes are not only for an amazing cause, but make wonderful gifts as well.  You could even take a bag and fill it with the ingredients of the recipe! Each tote comes with a note from a-thread that details how each bag purchase is helping others.

We are giving away one of each tote design so there will be four winners!  Not only that, but the good people at a-thread have provided us with a coupon code should you choose to purchase one yourself.  Use ANNIESEATS15 to get 15% off of any Bon Appétit Tote.  Sweet!

To enter, leave a comment on THIS POST and tell me what you would do with one of these totes.   Gift it to a friend?  Keep it for yourself?  For groceries?  Library books?  Knitting?
The Rules: One entry per person.  Commenting will open Tuesday, December 18 at 4:45 am EST and close on Friday, December 21 at 10:00 pm EST.  Entries that do not follow the entry requirements will not be considered.  Four winners will be selected at random and contacted via email by the end of the week.  Good luck!

Full disclosure: This giveaway is sponsored by a-thread and Annie’s Eats.

  • I would use the tote for groceries. My reusable bag stock is surprisingly low, and I’m in search of new ones.

  • I would probably use it to help tote my children’s things around with me.

  • Kim Swan

I think it would be great for toting books back and forth from the library.

  • Kaela Smith

I’d keep the tote for myself BUT I’d use it to carry deliveries of baked goodies to my friends, family and colleagues!

  • Hi Annie,
I love your idea of filling it up with ingredients of a recipe and giving it away- I might just do that. A very good friend is expecting her second child in February, I was planing on making them several freezer meals- this bag would be a great addition to carry those “extras” that will accompany the meals- like breads, chips, tortillas, cookies etc.

What a great cause! Thanks Annie!

  • Sheri

Love those totes! I would copy the recipe first then gift it to a friend to pass on the foodie love! Thanks for the chance of winning. PS. I made your cherry vanilla cake and it was a HUGE hit, even with non cherry lovers ( who knew there were such people) thanks!
