Ingredients

  • Pink grapefruit sorbet, about 2/3 cup
  • 6 tbsp. tequila blanco
  • 3 tbsp. orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
  • 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

    Chill two cocktail glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 scoops of the sorbet with the tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Shake well until the sorbet is mostly dissolved. Add one more scoop of sorbet to each glass. Pour the mixture from the cocktail shaker over the sorbet, dividing evenly between the two glasses. Taste, and adjust as necessary.
