Yield: about 4 servings


  • Honeydew, balled
  • Fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup blueberry sauce
  • 2-3 cups lemonade*

    Use a pastry tip or a small paring knife to cut a small, fairly shallow hole in the balls of honeydew. (You want the hole to be slightly smaller than the berry so that it holds it snugly.) Place a blueberry in each hole. Freeze if desired.

    Puree the blueberry sauce with an immersion blender or a small food processor. Mix into the lemonade. Taste and adjust amounts as necessary. Strain through a mesh sieve (optional) to remove the skins, etc. Pour into glasses and add an eyeball or two to each serving.
